此设备主要包括自动顶升机构、切换叠料机构、横移模组、自动取料手臂机构组成.

The equipment mainly consists of automatic lifting mechanism, switching stacking mechanism, traverse module and automatic reclaiming arm mechanism.

1）自动顶升机构由同步轮、同步带、滚珠丝杆、直线轴承、电机驱动机构以及上下止点感应装置、有料检测装置组成.

The automatic lifting mechanism is composed of synchronous wheel, synchronous belt, ball screw, linear bearing, motor driving mechanism, upper and lower dead center induction device and material detection device;

2）切换叠料机构由托盘机构、薄膜叠料定位机构、治具板气缸夹紧机构以及叠料到位检测装置组成.

The switching stacking mechanism is composed of a tray mechanism, a film stacking positioning mechanism, a fixture plate cylinder clamping mechanism, and a stacking in-position detection device.

3）横移模组由同步轮、同步带、直线导轨、导杆、联轴器以及伺服电机机构组成设计.

The traverse module is composed of synchronous wheel, synchronous belt, linear guide rail, guide rod, coupling and servo motor mechanism.

4）自动取料手臂机构以横移模组为基座，由型材手臂、三轴气缸、电磁阀控制以及自动吸料机构模块组成.

The automatic reclaiming arm mechanism is based on the traverse module, which is composed of profile arm, three-axis cylinder, solenoid valve control and automatic suction mechanism module;
